Alicia is the backbone of each transaction. As the Closing Specialist she ensures that contractual dates are adhered to, documents are executed and milestones are met throughout the contract to close. Alicia provides excellent service through communicating to customers and preferred partners. Her technical skills help Team Members market properties for sale using social media, provide detailed information for each buyer to learn about the features and benefits making sure sellers are getting important feedback to sell each property for as much as possible in the shortest time possible. Alicia is excited to work with every customer and Realtor as a team to SMOOTHLY go through the PROCESS & attain the goals of getting everyone to the CLOSING TABLE.
Accomplishments: Tallahassee Native Born & Raised. Bachelor of Science in Apparel Design and Technology at Florida State University. Worked in NYC for 9 years designing clothing and graphics. Married to husband Andy & has a beautiful daughter named Annie.
Hobbies: Family, Beach, Riding Bikes and Sewing.
